Pain is inevitable, misery is optional.

I find this particular quote very meaningful... Haha... Wad more can I say? Haha... Actually this quote reminds me of how intricate the English language can be... Haha... Truth be told, there's not much difference between "pain" and "misery"... Both pretty much means suffering... But in this instance, they are 2 distinctly opposite sides, where 1 is necessary and the other is by choice. But if you think about it, isn't everything by choice?

Anyway, the other day when I was getting a new handphone, there was an elderly woman queuing up at the handphone shop... And I think for quite long, too... cos I was waiting for my uncle for like 1-2 hours... and who never showed up... Anyhow, the woman was queuing up the whole time... And suddenly, while I was at the counter paying up for the handphone, she started screaming while walking away from the shop... I dun really know wad happened (maybe she wanted to get something but got rejected... can't really think of any possible scenarios...) And she was screaming about waiting for 2 hours for nothing... a waste of her time... and hope that the shop closes... Haha... Then as she went on the escalator down, she continued screaming and shouting... I could even hear her 1 level below... Haha... And she would occasionally shout out loud... Like just, "AHHHHHH!!!" Haha... Now, do you think she needs anger management therapy? And before you answer that question, you should really read the February 21 2007 post if you haven't done so... Haha... Like I said in a previous post, stuff I say seldom get obsolete... But more importantly, stuff I talk about always seem to occur soon after I talk about it... Like in this case, after I ponder about the basis of anger management therapy, an incident like this comes up... But it should be a coicidence, right? Haha...

Anyway, I also wanted to talk about how I took like 1 hour plus to travel from sch to Tampines to get the free m1 simcard that came with the handphone... But I forgot to bring my IC which was needed to claim it... So I pretty much wasted 1 hour plus of my time... Haha... Anyway that's pretty much the summarised version... Just wanna say that I went there the next day on my way to drum class... I spent like 35 minutes (thank goodness there was little traffic!) to go to Tampines from my house... And it took like 1 hour 20 minutes to get from Tampines to PS... Wow... Now isn't that fun?

Well, the good news is that she didn't say no... But the bad news is that she didn't say yes either... Hmm... Sometimes that kind of answer is not a good thing... Like how "yes" means yes, "no" means a straight and direct no, while "i dunno" means a polite and indirect no... Oh well... Wad's there to say?

Ever so willing to forget all about it...
