yes ar... means that i dun have to think whether to go vjc or tjc (if it's possible) since quek ling qiong is only temporarily at vjc... hope i can get into tj! that's if i dun change my mind in the future... but i shouldn't... i still wanna continue my percussion days...

hai... broke another drumstick today... this time it was my junior's one... oops... he just bought it recently on saturday... haha... and i broke it just 3 days later... i was playing long teng for them and i was hitting the gu3 pian1 (the "piak" sound) and the front part of the stick went flying like 2 metres into the air... and i was just looking at the stick flying into the air and landing on the floor... haha... wah... this is like the 4th drumstick i broke in the space of like 30 days... first i broke the dark brown stick (the good quality one... i just whacked the side of the drum... and it broke...) second was the ultra-thick drumstick for dagu (i whacked the gu3 pian1 until a slice almost half the length and half the thickness of the drumstick broke off...) then it was the snare drumstick (it was really low-quality... those cheapo sticks... i was using the thicker side of the stick to whack the gu3 pian1 since other sticks are either being used or broken... and the part of the stick which was used to hit the drum cracked into half) and today... the stick that was bought 3 days ago... haha... i dunno whether to laugh or cry sia... am i supposed to be pro now? or am i just damn violent? i actually dun find anything wrong with what i'm doing... i'm playing it correctly... it must be the sticks' fault... come to think of it, i think daniel and i have broken the most number of sticks in 2 years... haha... i broke drumsticks while he broke timpani sticks and cracked the balls of the xylophone sticks... haha... i guess we two must find a pair of drumsticks worthy of our passion... haha...
