"Don't watch tv... it's not good... you should create your own entertainment..."

yes... it's "create your own entertainment"... not "create your own fantasy" as what wilson said... he must be fantasizing too much... haha... just joking...

anyway, sorry for the lack of posts... i was quite busy these few days... either that or my sis was using the computer so i couldn't use... or it was so late i had to sleep... or i was just plain lazy to switch on the pc...

anyway i shall start on saturday's ntuco concert... (yeah i'm skipping a lot but that is to keep my post short shorter...) first song they played was xi3 xun4... sounded damn guai lan... i dunno why... and the snare drum played cheat... he was supposed to play hou ban pai for like 16 bars but he cheated by playing 2 8th note on the first count of every 4 bars, then played hou ban pai... for those of you who dunno what i mean, you can ask me... however if you are a khaki shorts, pls dun bug me and get lost... then next song was some unknown song... never hear before... but it exposed the weakness of the gurl playing diao cha... her basics were sucky and she could not roll properly... much like my juniors... when she was using the cushioned side of the diao cha stick i could already spot her weakness... worse, at some part of the song, she had to use the other side of the stick to hit the diao cha, the part without the cushion... and it was SO obvious she couldn't roll properly as seen (or heard) by the uneven "ting ting ting ting ting ting..." sound... wah... tak boleh tahan sia... i think i'm better then her lor... haha... Ah, another thing... i recognized 1 percusionist (i think used to be from dunman high...) he was damn pro... i recognized him from the east zone school's co... he was in the year 2000 east zone... he's always playing either the ling zhou or timpani... haha, kinda like me... but i bet he'll thrash me... anyway they had some erhu solo... with piano ban zhou... the piano was like louder lor... and i was more interested in the piano than the erhu... haha... then they played gu3 yue4... not bad... i think i'm able to play that... then got some suona solo... wah... damn pro... i bet he can play zhan ma on suona... then jiang1 jun1 ling4... played the song before... but the one they played was totally different from what i played... then fei1 tian1... wah... simply love the first part... with the koudi and all that... funny thing was, the person playing the koudi was playing bangdi... hmm... shouldn't it be qudi? maybe nobody is pro enough bah... his ying1 zhun3 was perfect sia... walao... damn zai... then last song was chang2 cheng2 sui2 xiang3... to my surprise, the person who sucked played the diao cha for the previous song was playing paigu for this song!! walao... she cocked up like some shit sia... kept hitting the side... worse, at the end of the song where everybody is rolling, she was like rolling with her drumsticks moving in a 'V' shape and she was rolling with her arms instead of her wrist... walao... so un-chio... ok, that sums up that night besides the sucky kfc dinner where an indian woman with attitute problem was serving us rubbish...

oh ya, btw, i broke another drumstick (DAMN...) and you know how? by hitting the side of the drum... dotz... i didn't even use a lot of force or what... bloody hell... some more that was the GOOD drumstick... haiz... so now only got 1 good pair of drumsticks... i went to buy a pair though... from karl heng... kaoz... cost $20 sia!!! first time i ever paid for something i used for co... all my previous drumsticks i didn't pay a single cent... and also the guzheng 'nails' and tape... didn't pay any money... maybe the instructor thought that i was a good investment... haha... anyway a normal pair of drumsticks cost like only $8 to $12... but $20... wah... but nvm... i'm willing to pay the money for it... if this drumstick breaks the moment i use it, i dunno whether to laugh or cry...

okies... betta go now...
