wow, woke up at 7.00, went back to sleep, then woke up again at 7.30 to prepare to go to school for co. damn tired siah... actually got a really weird dream... dreamt that we percussion had to play for some racial harmony thing again (every year for racial harmony the percussionist from different races will put together a performance for the school. chinese drums would come from the co, indian drums would come from tldds or something, malay drums would come from mldds or whatever and, er, western would come from band) and that one of us has to play the xiao gu, and the other has to play the......(if i remembered correctly) tao gu?!? then i was thinking, what the hell is that?!? and they were saying, "tao gu lah, you dun know?" and i was like, "such nonsense also have??" then they finally said, "aiya, you know what is tabla? tao gu is tabla lor..." then i said, "ok..." so i decided that i will play the xiao gu and melvin will play the tabla...he then started complaining, "wah lao...why me? such a lame instrument..." and i replied, "because you are indian, and tabla is an indian instrument" and then i woke up.

actually i get this kind of weird dreams almost everyday... must be not enough sleep...sigh... anyway, today's co was not so bad, those yangqin people went back to practising their yangqin (instead of bugging me in percussion) and i kept chasing melvin to practise his xuan zi wu qu on xylophone. it's actually quite difficult and even i can't play lor, so i am just getting him to master the piece. then there's another 2 people who stop practising every time i leave the room, then when i re-enter the room and ask them why they not practising, they just shut up and practise like nothing happened. bastard siah...

anyways, thursday is the starting day of the drumming course... whew! i can't wait... i still have to buy my drumsticks... i was thinking of getting the red one with white end, looks quite cool...
