Hmm... 1 month 1 post... Not bad... Haha... Anyway, saw this advertisement on the way to SCH for the guitar ensemble syf... Unfortunately I forgot who was the one who said this... but it's certainly not by me... I think it's some ceo guy or something like that...

Anyway the Guitar Ensemble SYF was a bloody disappointment... In fact, it was downright pathetic... And the worst thing was that I couldn't do much about it... Everybody else was in their own world...

The good thing was that the next day was Sports Day... And my class people asked me to run for the Inter CG Relay 10x200m... Of course I agreed! I wouldn't have joined if they didn't ask me... I was never the one who'd stand up and say "Hey, man. Put my name in there." But anyway, that Sports Day was like the happiest day of my entire school career!! YEAHH!! Haha... Let me just recall and write down wad happened, so that I wun ever forget it... Haha...

Heats
We were in Heat 5, and there was only 1 other j2 class. Haha... The rest were j1 classes... Surprisingly enough, the other j2 class was like 1 of the last to finish... Haha... But NOT surprisingly, we came in 1st!! Haha... Sad to say, our class girls were quite slow... When the baton reached our first guy, Yuda, we were like in 5th position (out of 8) I think... Then our comeback began... Yuda became 4th position... Passed to our next runner, Ziyi... Overtook some pple (I'm guessing 2 pple?) But I remember that when I received the baton, the guy in 1st position was like 40m in front of me, and I was in 2nd... And I managed to overtake him!! Woohoo!! Haha... His curve was kinda slow, and I could feel the gap between us closing quite quickly... But at the straight part he went faster I think... I saw that the gap was closing at a slower rate... But nonetheless, the gap was closing! Haha... I managed to pass him just before passing the baton to our 4th guy runner, Steiner...!! Once I passed the baton, I knew that we would be first... Haha... No normal person can overtake Steiner once he starts sprinting... Haha... I dun even have to mention our last runner, Reng Fu... And we finished 1st by like 70m? Haha... Anyway, we had the 4th best timing and we were in the Grand 'A' Finals... Yippee!

Grand 'A' Finals
During the time between the 2 races, I was trying damn hard to get rid of the tightness in my quadriceps... Haha... Anyway, the finals was not bad... Unfortunately we didn't get first... We got third... But I'm still very proud of it!! Haha... Anyway the first part was quite sad... Haha... We were last at some point... For the girls, that is... When Yuda received the baton, I think we were 7th (again out of 8)... And I think our first 2 guy runners overtook 1 person each... Haha... When I received the baton, I was 5th position with the 4th position guy like 20m in front of me? Then I started running... I overtook him on the outside quite easily... YEAH MAN!!! Haha... I was chasing the guy in 3rd position... And I managed to pass him just before I passed the baton to Steiner... WOO HOO!! Haha... Unfortunately the 2nd and 1st position guys were too far away for him to catch... And so we maintained our 3rd position until the end... Bronze... But still elated with it! Haha...

I'm just very happy that I managed to overtake pple (and not they overtake me) and that I helped the class to our 3rd position... =D Haha...

And I'm not even going to mention how I dropped the entire bench reagents on the floor in March... Haha...
